On Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 members of the Lebanon County Kennel club presented a check in the amount of $800 to the Lebanon City Police K9 Unit as part of the proceeds from the LCKC 25th Anniversary annual Wagswalk. Thanks to everyone who showed up and gave their support.

Jody Boger, Wagswalk chairperson, presents to the Humane Society of Lebanon County proceeds raised by last year's
25th WagsWalk, which was held September 24,2016.

As requested from their wishlist, Lebanon County Kennel Club purchased leashes. As you can see, one is being modeled by one of the dogs up for adoption at the Humane Society.

2016 Wagswalk Proceeds Recipients
Thank you to all the walkers, sponsors and donators.
We had another successful walk this year.

Lebanon County Kennel Club Wagswalk

The LCKC Wagswalk is a fundraiser that benefits local K-9 organizations. The walk is sponsored by LCKC and local businesses (see below) — proceeds will benefit the following organizations:

  • Lebanon City Police K-9 Fund, which will help raise money for the purchase, training, and maintenance of the police K-9.

  • Dog T.A.G.S. (Train Assist Guide Serve), which is a non-profit organization and a service dog owner training program for veterans suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and/or MST (Military Sexual Trauma). The veteran trains his/her personal dog with the help of experienced dog trainers.
